Don Overbey is an experienced business executive with over thirty years of increasingly responsible and diverse positions in industry, complemented by several years of consulting to manufacturing, sales, retail, construction, healthcare, information technology and civic organizations.  His experience includes conducting training and facilitation for audiences consisting of business owners, hourly employees, supervisory personnel, managers, executives, and board level leaders.

A native of Missouri, Don earned a degree in marketing from Saint Louis University.  His corporate career is highlighted by many years with Amoco Oil Company where he began in the sales department and concluded his career as Director of Advertising.  In 1986, while Manager of Training, Don created the Amoco Marketing Institute, a “corporate university” that continues functioning today.  His appreciation for the value of training led to establishing DRO Associates and SunCatcher Productions.

SunCatcher Productions is the training division of DRO Associates, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in the development and delivery of customized business assessment and improvement projects for large and small businesses.  Founded in 1994, our projects have served domestic organizations, community colleges, and clients in Russia and India.
