Since 1985, LJT Management Services has served oil marketers as a full service outsource consulting company that specializes in development of customized training and development programs for the Petroleum and Quick Service Restaurant Industry.

Training programs are conducted by industry experts in the retail business whose hands on experience differentiates LJT Management from other training companies. LJT has conducted and continues to conduct workshops for many of the major oil brands as well as McDonald’s© and Jack in the Box©.

LJT services also include on site consulting for dealers, wholesalers, and oil company direct operations involving troubleshooting, analysis, and market evaluations. LJT can help with c−store layout, vendor selection, equipment recommendations as well as coordinating store openings. LJT can develop specialized curriculum for specific projects and needs.

In addition to training, LJT Management had provided speakers for both national and international conventions on varied topics involving oil marketers.
