When founded in 1983 and incorporated in 1986, by Mark Horne, LJT Management Training and Consulting set a standard in training, development, and consulting in the retail petroleum industry. LJT Management specializes in custom training design, development and implementation for all aspects of C-store, fuel, food service, service bay and car wash operations in the United States and countries worldwide. LJT Management main offices are located in San Diego, CA with a team of expert instructors/consultants located throughout the United States. LJT Management capabilities range from consulting services for individual locations to projects servicing over 14,000 branded locations. We offer training programs for all levels of employees in our industry, senior management to front line, site level employees. LJT Management’s Project Coordinating Team is experienced in training program management which includes, developing web based training calendars and registration portals, in addition to custom reporting capabilities for clients; such as attendance by area, store, and manager. Workshop evaluations can be electronically filed for each training session for clients to review the course feedback for each training session. This team also can procure all meeting venues as an additional service to clients. LJT Management’s Production Team produces all training materials in-house and coordinates shipping and tracking of materials to training sites.
