Mike Graves has over 37 years of experience in customer service working for Mann Theatres, Edwards Theatres and Regal Entertainment Group. In his roles as District Manager and General Manager he was responsible for hundreds of employees, operations and delivery of services and frequently won honors for mystery shopper scores. He opened 11 new theatres and lead them to success. He has won several awards for marketing, including Box Office Magazine for the Film, The Secret of Nimh, and Mann Theatre’s 7-up Salutes The Silver Screen competition.
Mike joined LJT in 2015 as a consultant specializing in customer service. Mike brings his vast knowledge of concession management, product marketing management, and the importance of excellent customer service to the LJT Training Team.
He also works part-time for JC Resorts at Rancho Bernardo Inn Hotel and Spa in their Golf Department. In that role, he was awarded Employee of the Quarter in 2016 for both the Golf Department with JC Resorts, as well as The Hotel itself.
Mike resides in Poway, California with his wife of 32 years.
