Scott O’Donnell joined LJT in 2014 and brings over thirty-five years of senior management experience gained in both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career he has been responsible for developing concession plans; assessing and planning operations; developing safety and security programs; developing and implementing capital investment programs; developing organization and staffing plans and budgets; and designing management improvements.
His family has a long history in the petroleum business. His grandfather and father both were auto-mechanics as well as his middle son and his family has previously owned two C-stores.
Scott, as Director of Aviation, developed and implemented the concession program at Pittsburgh International Airport that challenged and improved the way concession programs were designed at airports in the U.S.
He was Vice-President of Airports for Lockheed Air Terminal/Airport Group supervising 15 airports on 5 continents and has served on various airport boards in Australia, Bolivia, Turkmenistan and Canada.
Mr. O’Donnell has been active in his community creating a Health Council that provided examinations and immunizations to the needy, served as an elected official as Chairman, Board of Commissioners, as well as serving on various other County boards and authorities.
He also taught history for two years.
Scott’s experience has also provided him with the strong ability for public speaking and presentation skills that are used in LJT classes.
He graduated with a BA from Geneva College in Education/History. He is married with three sons.
